SMS Terms

By opting in to a Sanchez Group SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Sanchez Group. Message frequency varies by program. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Sanchez Group customer-care SMS

Sanchez Group / Jesus Sanchez, REAL Brokerage (Arizona), sends recurring customer-care text messages for lead follow-up about the consumer's inquiry, showing and appointment scheduling and reminders, and related customer-care. These consumer messages are sent from (520) 666-3274. Frequency varies, up to 8 messages/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services.

Sanchez Group Ops Alerts

Sanchez Group Ops Alerts are low-volume internal operational messages for authorized team members, admins, contractors, and Jesus Sanchez, sent from (480) 531-5584. Messages may include assigned task reminders, follow-up reminders, appointment or schedule updates, admin alerts, and urgent operational notifications. Frequency varies, up to 10 messages/month.

Opt-out and help

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting Sanchez Group directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our websites, forms, or communications to submit false information, interfere with our services, or violate applicable law.
